We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment method.
After dispatch, delivery is handled by our courier partners and usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
Remote or non-metro areas may take slightly longer. Timelines may also vary during festivals, sale periods, or unforeseen courier delays.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your Cotton Bloom parcel in real time.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of order. Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are beyond our control.
COD Availability: For COD orders, kindly be available to receive and pay for your order at delivery.
If an order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, or if the customer refuses an order at the time of delivery, the package will be returned to Cotton Bloom.
