Return & Refund Policy
At Cotton Bloom, every shirt is made in limited batches with care. Since our inventory is small, we keep our policy simple and transparent.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged or defective.
- A clear unboxing video (from the moment the parcel is opened, without cuts/edits) is mandatory for raising a return request. Without this, returns/refunds will not be accepted.
- Customers must raise the return request within 48 hours of delivery via email/WhatsApp, along with the unboxing video.
Not Eligible
- No returns for size, color, or preference issues, as stock is limited per size.
- Used, washed, or tampered products are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
If approved, we will arrange or guide the return process.
In rare discretionary cases of "change of mind" returns, the customer bears return shipping cost and refund will be issued as store credit only.
Refunds & Deductions
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received in original condition.
Deductions applicable on refunds:
- Standard Shipping Charges (₹70) – Non-refundable
- Payment Gateway Charges – 2% of product price (non-refundable)
- COD Cash Handling Charges – ₹40 (non-refundable if COD order)
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method (or store credit, where applicable).
